Ira Way

From Pittsburgh Streets
Ira Way
Neighborhood Squirrel Hill South

This alley was laid out in 1893 in the Midway plan, though that plan did not give it a name.[1] It was named Ira Way by a city ordinance in 1915.[2]

Ira Way is one of a set of alleys in the district bounded by Morrowfield Avenue, Beechwood Boulevard, Monitor Street, and Murray Avenue whose names begin with the letter I: the others are Ibsen Way, Ikon Way, Inez Way, and Isle Way.
