Saint Thomas Street appears in the 1872 Hopkins atlas; the surrounding land is labeled "Bishop Domenec."[1] Its grade was established in 1874.[2][3] It appears in an 1881 revised plan of lots by the Rt. Rev. John Tuigg.[4]
