This alley was laid out in 1903 in the Grandview plan by Clifford B. Harmon, though that plan did not give it a name.[1] It was named Ingram Way by a city ordinance in 1917 because it was a continuation of Ingram Street.[2] When Ingram Street was renamed Iberia Street in 1925, Ingram Way was also renamed Iberia Way.[3]
