Worth Street

From Pittsburgh Streets
Worth Street
Neighborhood Squirrel Hill North
Wilma Street (until 1910)

This street was first laid out in 1896 in a plan of lots by William Logan, though that plan did not give it a name.[1] It was named Wilma Street in the 1908 Hamnett plan.[2] It was changed to Worth Street by a city ordinance in 1910,[3] probably to avoid confusion with Wilmar Street in Duquesne Heights.
