San Pedro Street was first laid out in 1914 in the Berkeley plan of lots.[1][2] The streets in this plan were vacated by a city ordinance in 1915[3] in favor of a different layout, the Brighton Country Club plan, which kept San Pedro Street.[4][5][6]
