1893-02-04: Source:Ordinance-1892-1893-412 located Springer Alley from Irwin Avenue to the northerly line of Vandergrift's property (north of the Beechwood Park plan).

1900-10-02: Source:Ordinance-1900-1901-169 vacated Springer Alley from Hastings Street to the line between the Beechwood Park plan and the former property of J. J. Vandergrift.

1901-06-26: Source:Ordinance-1901-1902-171 repealed the location of Springer Alley between the northern line of the Beechwood Park plan and the northern line of Vandergrift's property.

1901-06-28: Source:Ordinance-1901-1902-109: "Springer alley / [between] Irwin avenue and Hastings street / [changed to] Keith alley / 22d. [ward]"
