AN ORDINANCE—Repealing an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance locating Springer alley, from Irwin avenue to the northerly line of Vandergrift's property," approved February 4th, 1893, in so far as the same relates to that portion of Springer alley, between the northern line of the Beechwood Park Plan of Lots and the northern line of the Vandergrift property.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance locating Springer alley, from Irwin avenue to the northerly line of Vandergrift's property, at a width of twenty (20) feet," approved February 4th, 1896, shall be and the same is hereby repealed, in so far as the same relates to that part or portion of Springer alley between the northern line of the Beechwood Park Plan of Lots and the northern line of the Vandergrift property.
Sec. 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
