AN ORDINANCE—Authorizing the vacation of Springer alley, between Hastings street and the division line of the Beechwood Park plan of lots and that property formerly owned by J. J. Vandergrift.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Springer alley, as shown upon the Beechwood Park plan of lots at a width of twenty (20) feet, and recorded in the Recorder's office of Allegheny County in Plan Book volume 11, page 176, and extending northerly from Hastings street to the division line of the said plan and the property formerly owned by J. J. Vandergrift, be adn the same is hereby vacated.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be accepted and construed in harmony with and as based upon the petition and agreement of the owners of property fronting upon the said vacated alley, as the same appears of record in the office of the City Clerk.

Sec. 3. That any oridnance [sic] or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
