This street appears, unlabeled, in the 1872 Hopkins atlas[1] and in an 1883 plan of the Hoeveler estate.[2] It was named Ursuline Street by a city ordinance in 1881.[3]
Ursuline Street was renamed Latham Street in 1926.[4]
