Judicial Street

Judicial Street is so named because it ran alongside the home of Judge John H. Bailey, for whom Bailey Avenue is named.[1][2][3]
Modern Judicial Street was laid out in 1903 in the Grandview plan by Clifford B. Harmon,[4] though an unlabeled road in the same location appears in the 1890 and 1901 Hopkins atlases.[5][6]
