The westernmost portion of Schenley Drive, from Roberto and Vera Clemente Drive to Phipps Conservatory, was officially renamed Frank Curto Drive by a City Council resolution in 1977.[1] The name honors Frank S. Curto, city horticulturist from 1946 to 1970, who organized the annual flower shows at Phipps.[2] Street signs, however, still say "Schenley Dr."
