CHANGING the name of a portion of Schenley Drive, between Roberto Clemente Drive and the southerly line of the Phipps Conservatory in the Fourth and Fourteenth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, to Frank Curto Drive.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Schenley Drive between Roberto Clemente Drive and the southerly line of the Phipps Conservatory in the Fourth and Fourteenth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby changed to Frank Curto Drive.

SECTION 2. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.

Enacted in Council November 28, 1977.

Approved December 6, 1977.

Effective December 8, 1977.
