Cinibar Way

This alley was laid out in a plan of lots by the Mellon brothers, recorded in 1868, though that plan did not give it a name.[1] It was named Circle Alley by a city ordinance in 1881.[2] It became Circle Way in 1914, when another ordinance changed all alleys in Pittsburgh to ways.[3] It was renamed Cinibar Way in 1925.[4]
