- The north half of Commonwealth Place in the Central Business District, from 1868 to 1910

- Third Avenue in the Central Business District, until 1868
- Third Street (Lower Lawrenceville), a former street, eliminated in 1883
- Tioga Street in Homewood South, until 1881
- Trinity Street in Stanton Heights, until 1881
- Tripoli Street in East Allegheny, until 1910
- Tweed Street in Sheraden, from 1880 to 1908
- Part of Yew Street in Bloomfield, in the 1870s
