Kamin Street
Neighborhood Squirrel Hill South
Origin of name Herman and Bessie Kamin

Kamin Street is named for Herman and Bessie Kamin.[1] The western two-thirds of the street was dedicated to the City of Pittsburgh by the Kamins in October 1921. This dedication was accepted, and the street was officially opened and named, by a city ordinance in December.[2] The following ordinance opened the eastern third of the street.[3]
