Elder Way formerly ran between and parallel to Ludwick Street and Shady Avenue, south of Victory Way. It was laid out in July 1919 in a plan of lots by Magdalena C. Howley and was officially opened and named by a city ordinance that December.[1][2]
Elder Way seems never to have been officially vacated, but it does not exist today.
