Origin of name The community of Duck Hollow on the east side of Nine Mile Run

Duck Hollow Bridge is the one-lane metal bridge over the mouth of Nine Mile Run, just south of the railroad trestle, that leads from Old Browns Hill Road to the small community of Duck Hollow. The street name Duck Hollow Bridge was officially established by a city ordinance in 2017.[1] A new bridge to Duck Hollow was built in 2019–2020;[2] the new bridge is part of Macfarren Street.
