Origin of name Aylesboro Avenue

Aylesboro Lane was laid out in 1953 in the Louette plan by Louis H. and Ethel Harvey.[1] Its dedication was accepted, and the street name officially established, by a city ordinance the following year.[2] It is named for its location off Aylesboro Avenue.
