Arsenal Alley (until 1914)

This alley was laid out as Arsenal Alley in 1908 by the heirs of Michael McCullough, Jr.[1][2] It became Arsenal Way in 1914 when a city ordinance changed all alleys in Pittsburgh to ways.[3]
