Albemarle Avenue

From Pittsburgh Streets
Albemarle Avenue
Neighborhood Squirrel Hill North

The location of Albemarle Avenue was set by a city ordinance in 1902, though that ordinance spelled the name Albermarle, with an extra R (probably inadvertently).[1] The street appears in the 1904 Hopkins atlas.[2] The name Albemarle Avenue was officially established by another ordinance in 1910.[3]
