Vacating a portion of Mend Way in the Eighth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That a portion of Mend Way in the Eighth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby vacated according to the following description, to-wit:

Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Mend Way, said point being North 60° 37′ 30″ [sic] East, a distance of 52.26 Feet from the northerly line of Corday Way as vacated; thence North 83° 22′ 30″ West for a distance of 115.11 Feet to a point on the easterly line of South Millvale Avenue; thence along said easterly line North 6° 37′ 30″ East for a distance of 20.00 Feet to a point; thence South 83° 22′ 30″ East for a distance of 115.11 Feet to a point on the westerly line of Mend Way; thence South 6° 37′ 30″ West for a distance of 20.00 Feet to the place of beginning.

Section 2. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
