Penn Circle
From Pittsburgh Streets
Penn Circle was created in 1968 as part of the urban redevelopment plan in East Liberty.[1][2] It consisted of four segments:
- Penn Circle North, formerly parts of Rural Street and Station Street, and today part of Station Street;
- Penn Circle West, formerly and today part of Euclid Avenue;
- Penn Circle South, formerly and today part of Centre Avenue; and
- Penn Circle East, formerly part of Collins Street, and today part of Centre Avenue.
Penn Circle was abolished in 2013.[3][4]
