Parkview Boulevard was laid out in 2001 in the first revision to Summerset at Frick Park.[1] It is so named because it overlooks the portion of Frick Park encompassing Nine Mile Run. The name was chosen by a committee representing the five partners in the development of Summerset at Frick Park.[2]
