1889-12: Source:Claeren-beach-wirth-plan: Northernmost part of modern Tarragonna Street drawn but not named.

1899-04-25 and 1907-06-15: Source:Swift-farm-plan-2 shows a piece of modern Tarragonna Street, adjacent to the Claeren, Beach & Wirth plan, unlabeled.

1900-12: Source:Bandi-farm-plan: Southernmost part of what became Tarragonna Street (further south than modern Tarragonna Street extends) named Margaret Street.

1907-07-01: Minute book of West Liberty Borough, 1906–1907 [1], p. 44: "Ordinance Committee reported the following ordinances out of Committee ¶ . . . Also ordinance changing names of various streets necessary to complete arrangements for Delivery mail service"

1907-07-03: Source:Ordinance-1907-132 (West Liberty Borough) changed both Beltzhoover Street and Margaret Street to Telfair Avenue.

1908-01-06: Source:Lgeo-west-liberty-annexation

1909-10-20: Source:Ordinance-1909-1910-375 changed Telfair Avenue to Tarragonna Street.
