AN ORDINANCE—Vacating Drycove street from Camfield street to Tarragonna street, Janeaux street from the southerly line of Tarragonna street to the northerly terminus, and Tarragonna street from the west line of Janeaux street to a property line 465.22 feet north of Drycove street, all as laid out in the "Bandi Farm Plan."
Whereas, The owners of all the property abutting upon the lines of Drycove street from Camfield street to Tarragonna street, Janeaux street from the southerly line of Tarragonna street to the northerly terminus, and Tarragonna street from the west line of Janeaux street to a property line 465.22 feet north of Drycove street, have petitioned the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact an ordinance for the vacations of the same and have released and discharged the City of Pittsburgh for all claims for damages whatsoever on account thereof; therefore,
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. That Drycove street (formerly Mary street) from Camfield street to Tarragonna street, Janeaux street (formerly Grace street) from the southerly line of Tarragonna street to the northerly terminus, and Tarragonna street (formerly Margaret street) from the west line of Janeaux street to a property line 465.22 feet north of Drycove street, all as laid out in the "Bandi Farm Plan," of record in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 19, Page 90, be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
