No. 1104. RESOLUTION CHANGING the name of Flach Street which is located between Spring Street and Topeka Street in the 16th Ward, 3rd Voting District of the City of Pittsburgh.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. THAT the name of Flach Street, which was established pursuant to Ordinance No. 448 of 1923, located between Spring Street and Topeka Street, in the 16th Ward, 3rd Voting District of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby changed to Flack Street.

SECTION 2. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof, conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same effects [sic] this Resolution.
