No. 1102. RESOLUTION CHANGING the name of McPherson Street which is located between Fifth Avenue and North Homewood Avenue in the 14th Ward, 9th Voting District of the City of Pittsburgh.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. THAT the name of McPherson Street, which located [sic] between Fifth Avenue and North Homewood Avenue, in the 14th Ward, 9th Voting District of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby changed to McPherson Boulevard.
SECTION 2. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof, conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same effects [sic] this Resolution.
