Whereas, Carmine Falcione and Mary Falcione, his wife, have submitted a proposal to the Department of Lands and Buildings to purchase City-owned property acquired at tax sale on July 5, 1949, from Katherine J. Zimmerli, for the sum of $300.00, and described as follows:
18th Ward, Pittsburgh, Lots Nos. pts. 9, 10, 11 on Tarragonna street, being 36.9 × 100 × 56.89 rr., Beach & Wirth Plan, reserving at the intersection of Tarragonna street and Bon Air street, a portion of said property, for street purposes, having a radius of 20 feet, also at the intersection of Bon Air and Clarren avenue, having a radius of 10 feet.
Therefore, Be It
Resolved, That the Office of Solicitor for City and School Tax Liens is hereby authorized and directed to petition the Court of Common Pleas for the sale of the aforesaid property in accordance with the aforesaid proposal and Act No. 514 of 1947. The cost of Court proceedings to be paid from Trust Fund, D. T. W. L., and repaid to said fund from the sale price.
