Pittsburgh and Castle Shannon Railroad Company's Fair Haven Plan of Lots.

First sale of lots at farm formerly owned by F. Briggs, now known as Fair Haven, and within fifteen minutes' ride of the city, on Saturday, April 27, at one o'clock, on the premises,

60 lots

Will be offered on the following terms, placing them within the reach of all:

Ten per cent, down and five dollars per month thereafter, with interest. The extension of the road is now under contract, and passenger cars will run to above place within sixty or ninety days.

Plans of the lots can be seen at the office of the company, in South Pittsburgh, and at Fair Haven on the day of sale. The company offer these lots specially to their workmen and others who desire to locate convenient to their new mines. This plan of lots is designed by the company to furnish homes for such of their employees and others who may desire to embrace this rare opportunity.

The coal being all taken out of first river hills, future mining operations are rapidly converging toward this place, and Fair Haven must necessarily be for years to come the central point of this mining district. Trains will leave at 11 and 12 o'clock, from office of the company in South Pittsburgh.
