ORDINANCE No.140.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF RINNE STREET FROM ARLINGTON AVENUE to Grape Street.

WHEREAS, notice has heretofore been given inthe [sic] manner required by law of a proposition to fix the grade of the street above named between the points designated, and a hearing had thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the Town Council of the Borough of St. Clair, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by and with the authority of the same, That the grade of the east curb line of Rinne Street from Arlington Avenue to Grape Street be and the same is hereby established as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the south thirteen foot line of Arlington Avenue at an elevation of ten hundred eighty-three and sixty-five hundredths (1083.65) feet; thence rising at the rate of 5% for eight (8) feet to an elevation of ten hundred eighty-four and five hundredths (1084.05) feet; thence rising at the rate of 27% for ninety-nine and sixty-three hundredths (99.63) feet to an elevation of eleven hundred ten and ninety-five hundredths (1110.95) feet; thence by a convex parabolic curve for one hundred twenty (120) feet to an elevation of eleven hundred twenty-two and seventeen hundredths (1122.17) feet; thence falling at the rate of 8.30% for two hundred eighty-one and seventy-nine hundredths (281.79) feet to an elevation of ten hundred ninety-eight and seventy-eight hundredths (1098.78) feet; thence falling by a concave parabolic curve for eighty (80) feet to the north line of Spring Street at an elevation of ten hundred ninety-four and twenty-four hundredths (1094.24) feet; thence crossing to the south line of Spring Street at an elevation of ten hundred ninety-one and thirteen hundredths (1091.13) feet; thence falling at the rate of 12.20% for three hundred thirty-nine and forty hundredths (339.40) feet to an elevation of ten hundred forty-nine and seventy-two hundredths (1049.72) feet; thence falling by a concave parabolic curve for eighty (80) feet to an elevation of ten hundred forty-four and four hundredths (1042.04) feet; thence falling by a convex parabolic curve for sixty (60) feet to an elevation of ten hundred thirty-six and four hundredths (1036.04) feet; thence falling at the rate of 18% for one hundred fifty-six and twelve hundredths (156.12) feet to an angle point in the alignment at an elevation of ten hundred seven and ninety-five hundredths (1007.95) feet; thence falling at the rate of 6% for seventy-five and eighty-five hundredths (75.85) feet to the north six foot line of Grape Street at an elevation of ten hundred three and forty hundredths (1003.40) feet.

SECTION 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be, and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
