AN ORDINANCE Adopting a General Borough Plan.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the Borough of Brushton, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, that the plan of the Borough laid out by F. W. Patterson, Borough Engineer, be taken to be the General Plan of the Borough of Brushton, and that the streets, alleys and highways marked thereon be taken to be the public streets, alleys and highways of the Borough,

Section 2. That the Burgess cause the said plan to be recorded in the office for Recording Deeds, &c., in and for the County of Allegheny.

Section 3. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this ordinance.

Ordained and enacted into a law in Council this 30th day of January, A. D. 1891.
