AN ORDINANCE—Vacating Dahlem Way, from Hamilton Avenue to its easterly terminus; Bonita Way, from Dahlem Street to Atlas Way; Atlas Way, from Dahlem Street to its westerly terminus; Reimer Way, from Paulson Avenue to the proposed relocated Paulson Avenue; Binler Street, from Broad Street to its southerly terminus, all in the Eleventh and Twelfth Wards of the City of Pittsburgh, abandoning sewer and water lines on all streets and ways, excepting and reserving the 12-inch sewer line in Reimer Way, from Paulson Avenue to the proposed relocated Paulson Avenue.
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. That Dahlem Way, from Hamilton Avenue to its easterly terminus; Bonita Way, from Dahlem Street to Atlas Way; Atlas Way, from Dahlem Street to its westerly terminus; Reimer Way, from Paulson Avenue to the proposed relocated Paulson Avenue; Binler Street, from Broad Street to its southerly terminus, all in the Eleventh and Twelfth Wards of the City of Pittsburgh, shall be and the same are hereby vacated and all the existing sewer and water lines located in said streets and ways are hereby abandoned, excepting and reserving the 12-inch sewer line in Reimer Way, from Paulson Avenue to the proposed relocated Paulson Avenue.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
