"An ordinance vacating Shore Avenue, from the easterly line of Galveston Avenue to the easterly line of Scotland Street; Babbitt Way, from Shore Avenue to the northerly line of Reedsdale Street; Stroble Street, from Rodgers Street to its westerly terminus; Rodgers Street, from Shorte Avenue to the northerly line of Reedsdale Street; Scotland Street, from the northerly line of Reedsdale Street to its southerly termius [sic], in the Twenty-first and Twenty-second Wards of the City of Pittsburgh; and abandoning sewer and water lines on all streets and ways, excepting and reserving the 12-inch water line in Scotland Street." AN ORDINANCE—Vacating Shore Avenue, from the easterly line of Galveston Avenue to the easterly line of Scotland Street; Babbitt Way, from Shore Avenue to the northerly line of Reedsdale Street; Stroble Street, from Rodgers Street to its westerly terminus; Rodgers Street, from Shorte Avenue to the northerly line of Reedsdale Street; Scotland Street, from the northerly line of Reedsdale Street to its southerly termius [sic], in the Twenty-first and Twenty-second Wards of the City of Pittsburgh; and abandoning sewer and water lines on all streets and ways, excepting and reserving the 12-inch water line in Scotland Street.

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. That Shore Avenue, from the easterly line of Galveston Avenue to the easterly line of Scotland Street; Babbitt Way, from Shore Avenue to the northrly [sic] line of Reedsdale Street″ Stroble Street, from Rodgers Street to its westerly terminus; Rodgers Street, from Shore Avenue to the northerly line of Reedsdale Street; Scotland Street, from the northerly line of Reedsdale Street to its southerly terminus, in the Twenty-first and Twenty-second Wards of the City of Pittsburgh, shall be and the same are hereby vacated and all the existing sewer and water lines located in said streets and was [sic] are hereby abandoned, excepting and reserving the 12-inch water line on Scotland Street.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
