AN ORDINANCE—Vacating Vermillion Way, 20.00 feet wide, (formerly Unnamed Alley), from the west side of Paulson Avenue eastwardly to a 20-foot Unnamed Way; and Paulson Avenue, 50.00 feet wide, (formerly Park Street), from Vermillion Way to a point approximately 15.00 feet westwardly therefrom, and providing certain terms and conditions.
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. That Vermillion Way, 20.00 feet wide, (formerly Unnamed Alley), from the west side of Paulson Ave. eastwardly to a 20 foot Unnamed Way; and Paulson Avenue, 50.00 feet wide, (formerly Park Street), from Vermillion Way to a point approximately 15.00 feet westwardly therefrom, as laid out in the "Richard Thompson Plan of Lots", be and the same are hereby vacated, reserving to the City of Pittsburgh the right and privilege to enter upon the ground for the purpose of maintenance, repair, construction or reconstruction of the existing sewer line and to maintain the existing 15-foot Right-of-way for pedestrians located 35.00 feet perpendicular and parallel to the northerly line of Paulson Avenue.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
