AN ORDINANCE—Vacating O'Hara street, Index Way, and Victoria street, from Lothrop street to DeSoto street.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That O'Hara street, Index Way, and Victoria street, from Lothrop street to DeSoto street, as laid out in the J. C. Bidwell, Esq. Plan of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for the County of Allegheny in Plan Book, Volume 4, Pages 148 and 149, be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
