AN ORDINANCE—Vacating Swallow Way, formerly Tacksie Way, from Jucunda Street to Sylvania Way.
WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the office of the City Clerk that the owners of all of the property fronting or abutting on the lines of Swallow Way, formerly Tacksie Way, from Jucunda Street to Sylvania Way, have petitioned the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact an ordinance for the vacation of the same; Therefore,
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Swallow Way, formerly Tacksie Way, from Jucunda Street to Sylvania Way, as laid out in the Knox, Bausman and Mathews Plan of Lots of record in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 6, Page 219, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
