AN ORDINANCE—Vacating Anchor way in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, from Lothrop street to a property line distant 237.365 feet eastwardly therefrom.

WHEREAS, It appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owner of all the property fronting or abutting on the lines of Anchor way in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, from Lothrop street to a property line distant 237.365 feet eastwardly therefrom has petitioned the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact an Ordinance for the vacation of the same, Therefore:

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Anchor way in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh as laid out in the J. C. Bidwell Esquire Plan of Lots of record in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 4 pages 148 and 149, from Lothrop street to the line dividing the properties now or late of the University of Pittsburgh and the Childrens Hospital, distant 237.365 feet more or less eastwardly therefrom be and the same is hereby vacated.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
