AN ORDINANCE—Designating Urn way as the name of an Unnamed way lying between Filbert street and Ivy street, from Elmer street to Walnut street in the 7th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh and establishing the grade thereof.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the name of an Unnamed way lying between Filbert street and Ivy street, from Elmer street to Walnut street in the 7th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh be and the same is hereby designated as Urn way.
Section 2. The grade of the east line shall begin at the southerly curb line of Elmer street at the elevation of 215.89 feet (curb as set;) thence rising at the rate of 5% for the distance of 10.0 feet to the southerly line of Elmer street to the elevation of 216.39 feet; thence rising at the rate of 8.72% for the distance of 48.09 feet to a point of curve to the elevation of 220.58 feet; thence by a convex parabolic curve for the distance of 60.0 feet to a point of tangent to the elevation of 223.92 feet; thence rising at the rate of 2.4% for the distance of 237.0 feet to a point of curve to the elevation of 229.61 feet; thence by a convex parabolic curve for the distance of 40.0 feet to a point of tangent to the elevation of 229.89 feet; thence falling at the rate of 1% for the distance of 102.0 feet to the northerly curb line of Walnut street to the elevation of 228.87 feet (curb as set.)
Section 3. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
