"An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 6, entitled, 'An Ordinance locating Belmont street, from Murray avenue to Coanza street' approved June 1, 1886 and recorded in Ordinance Book Volume 5 page 461, insofar as said ordinance locates Belmont street, now Covode street, from the west line of Murdock [sic] street to the east line of Schenley Park."
