AN ORDINANCE—Naming an unnamed way in the Twenty-sixth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, from Mayfield Avenue to Rivet Way and laying between Shelton Avenue and Leland Street "Quartz Way" and establishing the grade thereon.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the name of an unnamed way, from Mayfield Avenue to Rivet Way and laying between Shelton Avenue and Leland Street in the Twenty-sixth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh be and the same is hereby named "Quartz Way."

Section 2. The grade of the easterly line shall begin at the southerly line of Mayfield Avenue at an elevation of 372.16 feet; thence falling at a rate of 6% for a distance of 322.65 feet to the northerly line of Hawkins Avenue to an elevation of 352.80 feet; thence falling at a rate of 1.44% for a distance of 622.47 feet to the northerly line of Rivet Way to an elevation of 343.84 feet.

Section 3. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this ordinance.
