AN ORDINANCE—Designating Sunapee way as the name of an unnamed way lying between Morrowfield avenue and Alderson street and extending from Shady avenue to Murray avenue, in the Fourteenth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, and establishing the grade thereof, from Shady avenue to a point 395.15 feet westwardly therefrom.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That an Unnamed way, lying between Morrowfield avenue and Alderson street and extending from Shady avenue to Murray avenue in the Fourteenth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh shall be and the same is hereby named and designated as Sunapee way.
The grade of the northerly line shall begin at the westerly curb line of Shady avenue at an elevation of 382.36 feet, curb as set; thence rising at the rate of 4.0% for the distance of 113.0 feet to a point of curve to an elevation of 386.86 feet; thence by a convex parabolic curve for the distance of 120.0 feet to a point of tangent to the elevation of 380.26 feet; thence falling at the rate of 10.0% for the distance of 155.0 feet to a point of curve to the elevation of 365.78 feet; thence by a concave parabolic curve for the distance of 20.0 feet to a point, distant 395.15 feet westwardly from the westerly line of Shady avenue to the elevation of 366.78 feet.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far [sic] the same affects this Ordinance.
