AN ORDINANCE—Designating names for the unnamed streets, avenues, lanes, roads, alleys and ways in the Sixteenth Ward (formerly St. Clair Borough).

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the names of the unnamed streets, avenues, lanes, roads, alleys and ways, in the various plans of lots, as recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, etc., for Allegheny County, in the Sixteenth Ward (formerly St. Clair Borough), shall be and the same are hereby designated as follows, to-wit:

Revised Amrhein Plan—Plan Book Vol. 27, page 174.

Unnamed alley, lying along the west line and north line to Amrhein street, be named Ita way.

Unnamed alley, lying parallel to and between the north and south lines of the plan, from Amrhein street to Bebel street (formerly Henger street), be named Sagen way.

Unnamed alley, lying between Amrhein street and Bebel street (formerly Henger street) from the north to the south lines of the plan be named Ita way.

Unnamed street along the south line of the plan from the west to the east line of the plan, be named Bis way.

Catherine Hoffman Plan—Plan Book Vol. 18, page 43; Vol. 10, page 114.

Unnamed alley, lying along the east line of the plan from St. Joseph street to Poco way (formerly Small alley), be named Como way.

Howard Plan—Unrecorded.

Unnamed street, lying along the east line of the plan, from Devlin street (formerly Banks street) to the St. Peter's Roman Catholic Cemetery, be named Devlin street.

Unnamed street, lying on the south boundary of the plan from Castel street (formerly Homer avenue) in an easterly and then southerly direction to St. Peter's Roman Catholic Cemetery, be named Oku street.

Unnamed alley at right angles to Bebel street (formerly Henger street) from Bebel street (formerly Henger street) to the east line of the plan, be named Enge way.

Unnamed alley lying between Arlington avenue and Spring street, from Fernleaf street (formerly William street) to Sterling street, be named Elsie way.

Unnamed alley lying between Piave street and Aquilla street from Zaruba street (formerly Fort street) to Pluso street (formerly Jane street) be named Abbey way.

Unnamed alley lying between Arlington avenue and Charcot way (formerly Charles street) from Clover street to Case way (formerly Boquet alley), be named My way.

No Plan.

Unnamed alley lying parallel to and 96 feet east of Engstler street from Fisher street (formerly Meyer street) to Henger street (formerly Ihmsen street), be named Beza way.

Unnamed road lying beetween Bajo street (formerly Becks Run road) to city line, be named Becks Run road.

Unnamed street along the east line of the Arlington Place Plan as recorded in Plan Book Vol. 21, page 50, from Donley street (formerly Homer avenue) to the south line of said plan, be named Castel street.

Unnamed street lying north of and nearly parallel to Becks Run road from Carson street east (formerly Carson street) to Becks Run road, be named Fagel street.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
