AN ORDINANCE—Approving the "Spring Hill Park Plan" of Lots in the Twenty-fourth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, laid out by the Freehold Bank, a corporation of Pennsylvania, accepting the dedication of Admiral Street, Bader Street, Damas Street, Fall Way, Jobo Way and Serene Street, as shown thereon, for public use for highway purposes, opening and naming the same and establishing the grades thereon.
Whereas, The Freehold Bank, a corporation of Pennsylvania, the owner of certain property in the Twenty-fourth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, laid out in a plan of lots called the "Spring Hill Park Plan" of Lots, has located certain streets and ways thereon and executed a deed of dedication on said plan, of all the ground covered by said streets and ways, to the said City for public use for highway purposes and has released said City from any liability for damages for or by reason of the physical grading of said public highways to the grades hereinafter established; therefore,
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the "Spring Hill Park Plan" of Lots, situate in the Twenty-fourth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, laid out by the Freehold Bank, a corporation of Pennsylvania, May, 1918, be and the same is hereby approved and Admiral Street, Bader Street, Damas Street, Fall Way, Jobo Way, and Serene Street, as located and dedicated in said said [sic] plan, are hereby accepted.
Section 2. The streets and ways, as aforesaid dedicated to the said City for public use for highway purposes, shall be and the same are hereby appropriated and opened as public highways and named Admiral Street, Bader Street, Damas Street, Fall Way, Jobo Way, and Serene Street.
Section 3. The grades of Admiral Street, Bader Street, Damas Street, Fall Way, Jobo Way, and Serene Street, laid out and dedicated in the said "Spring Hill Park Plan" of Lots, are hereby established as described in Ordinance No. 247, approved September 20th, 1918, and recorded in Ordinance Book, volume 29, page 629.
Section 4. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
