AN ORDINANCE—Designating Urie way, as the name of an unnamed seventeen (17) foot way, in the Fourth ward of the City of Pittsburgh, from Semple street to a property line about 320 feet northwardly therefrom and establishing the grade thereon.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the name of an unnamed seventeen (17) foot way, in the Fourth ward of the City of Pittsburgh, from Semple street to a property line about 320 feet northwardly therefrom, lying parallel with and 100 feet east of Bates street, shall be and the same is hereby designated as Urie way.

Section 2. The grade of the south building line shall begin on the east curb line of Semple street, at an elevation of 203.87 feet; thence rising at the rate of 3.0 feet per 100 feet for the distance of 10.11 feet to the east building line of Semple street to an elevation of 204.17 feet; thence rising at the rate of 7.0 feet per 100 feet, for a distance of 115.24 feet to a point of curve to an elevation of 212.23 feet; thence by a convex parabolic curve, for a distance of 60.0 feet to a point of tangent to an elevation of 214.85 feet; thence rising at the rate of 1.74 feet, for a distance of 140.58 feet to a point to an elevation of 217.30 feet.

Section 3. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
