AN ORDINANCE—Locating Covode street, in the Fourteenth ward of the City of Pittsburgh, from Wightman street to the westerly property line of the Schenley Heights Plan of Lots.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Covode street, in the Fourteenth ward of the City of Pittsburgh, from Wightman street to the westerly property line of the Schenley Heights Plan of Lots, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to-wit:

The northerly five-foot line shall begin on the easterly five-foot line of Wightman street, at the distance of 293.55 feet southwardly from the southerly five-foot line of Hobart street; thence deflecting to the right 82° 17′ in a westerly direction for the distance of 427.60 feet to the westerly property line of the Schenley Heights Plan of Lots intersecting said line by an angle of 35° 05′ to the north.

The northerly building line shall be parallel to and at a perpendicular distance of five feet northwardly from the above described northerly five-foot line.

The southerly building line shall be parallel to and at a perpendicular distance of 45 feet southwardly from the above described northerly five-foot line.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
