AN ORDINANCE—Annulling and setting aside the location of Covode street, in the Fourteenth ward of the City of Pittsburgh, as shown on the Schenley Heights Plan of Lots, from Hobart street to Pocusset street.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the location of Covode street, in the Fourteenth ward of the City of Pittsburgh, as shown on the Schenley Heights Plan of Lots, laid out by the Bellefield Land Company, approved December 30, 1902, and recorded in the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Engineering, Division of Surveys, in Plan Book, Vol. 8, page 82, from Hobart street to Pocusset street, be and the same is hereby annulled and set aside.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
