AN ORDINANCE—Establishing the grade on Shull alley, from Tell street to Ancona street.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the grade on the west curb line of Shull alley, from Tell street to Ancona street shall be and the same is hereby established as follows, to-wit:

Beginning on the south curb line of Tell street at an elevation of 104.63 feet; thence rising at the rate of 24.62 feet per 100 feet for a distance of 96.26 feet to the north curb line of Ancona street to an elevation of 128.33 feet.

Section 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this ordinance.
