AN ORDINANCE—Locating Munhall road, from Wightman street to Beacon street.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the center line of Munhall road, from Wightman street to Beacon street, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:

Beginning at a point on the easterly five (5) foot line of Wightman street at the distance of 316.71 feet southwardly from the northerly five (5) foot line of Beacon street; thence deflecting to the left 90 degrees 35 minutes in an easterly direction for the distance of 720.99 feet to a point of curve; thence deflecting to the left in a northerly direction by the arc of a circle having a radius of 90 feet and a central angle of 97 degrees 08 minutes for the distance of 152.58 feet to a point of tangent; thence by the tangent of said curve in a northerly direction for the distance of 314.05 feet to the northerly five (5) foot line of Beacon street intersecting said line with an angle of 90 degrees and said road between said points shall have a uniform width of forty (40) feet.

Section 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this ordinance.
