AN ORDINANCE—Locating Melvin street, from Wightman street to Phillips avenue.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Melvin street, from Wightman street to Phillips avenue, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:

The north 5-foot line shall begin at a point on the east 5-foot line of Wightman street at a distance of 331.94 feet southwardly from the north 5-foot line of Phillips avenue; thence deflecting to the left 97° 43′ in an eastwardly direction for a distance of 842.56 feet to a point; thence deflecting to the left 74° 43′ in a northwardly direction parallel to and at a perpendicular distance of 250.0 feet west from the west 5-foot line of Murray avenue for a distance of 398.37 feet to the north 5-foot line of Phillips avenue, and said Melvin street, between said points, shall be of a width of fifty (50) feet.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
