AN ORDINANCE—Repealing an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance locating Pittock avenue, from Tilbury avenue to Pocussett avenue," approved October 27, 1900, so far as it relates to that portion of Pittock avenue, between Murray avenue and Shady avenue.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance locating Pittock avenue, from Tilbury avenue to Pocussett avenue," approved October 27, 1900, be and the same is hereby repealed in so far as it relates to that portion of Pittock avenue, between Murray avenue and Shady avenue.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
